Trade Accounts and Counter Customers
Current Force Electrics offer a free local delivery service to our local Trade Accounts and Cash sale customers who visit our trade counter so that those awkward , long or heavy goods can be delivered direct to your door hassle free!
We also offer a Nationwide guaranteed next day courier service for our customers who are working away as well as the facility to collect goods from over 100 IBA locations throughout the UK.
Current Force Electrics where possible try not to "drop ship" any of its products, instead the majority of our products are kept in stock at our dedicated warehouse in Swadlincote Derbyshire. Certain products will be ordered on demand , this is likely because the product may be an expensive stock item or that the product is difficult to store in bulk. For this reason , please allow up to 7 days for delivery .The majority of products if in stock will be despatched within 2 working day's from the order date for delivery by either UKMail express parcels or My Hermes courier service who will ask for a signature for the delivery. Smaller parcel's or packages depending on size may also be sent by Royal Mail. Please note we do not guarantee next day delivery. For our cutomers in Ireland please allow up to 5 working days for delivery as UKMail send their parcels by ferry with weather dependant on sailing. However if you have any special delivery requests please contact us before confirming your order. All orders must be paid for in full and payment cleared before dispatch, Orders may be dispatched in more than one parcel and may arrive individually on separate days.
Web Delivery Costs
Free delivery for all orders over £50.00 Net excluding V.A.T, For orders under £50.00 there is a carriage charge applicable of £2.80 including VAT to all Great Britain Mainland addresses. This charge is a small contribution towards the overall cost of picking , packing , dispatch and administration to enable us to remain competitive and offer you our very best web prices.
All of our products despatched by us, are inspected on receipt and inspected prior to despatch to ensure your product arrives in the condition it left us. If damage has occurred ,sadly, it is in our experience, usually in the transition from us to you. Please notify us immediately should any damage have occurred by calling our Customer services on 01283-224571 between 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday and 8.30am - 12.30pm on Saturday quoting your Order reference No.
Your Legal rights:
When you buy goods from a business , in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement , repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or mis-described.
In addition to your legal rights , we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind.
The Company reserves the right to impose a 15% handling charge for goods which are accepted back into stock for credit.
